One year without you but it feels like only yesterday you were taken from us , you are forever in my thoughts dad , I love and miss you BIG TIME. Xxxxxxx

i go about my day doing my usual things then I will hear something or see something and a million memories of you come flooding through , the hurt and the sadness is still there from loosing you dad , sometimes i can remember you without crying but mostly i still cry even now i still find it hard to accept you are gone , love you big time dad and i know you are looking down and watching over us just wish you were physically here <3

this is the poem i wrote for your funeral <3 Why did you have to leave me why did you go away, Why did you have to break my heart into a million pieces today, I wasn't ready to lose you dad i wasn't ready to say goodbye, I wasn't ready for that phone call to tell me unfortunately you did die, Please come back to me dad and mend this broken heart, What will i do without you now we truly are apart, I love you so much dad you've been there my whole life, You helped me out through everything all my stresses and strife, You were my rock when i needed someone to help me out, Gave me great advice without a shadow of doubt, You truly were an inspiration to those all around you, I really hope you knew how much they all loved you too, You are reunited with your mum and dad who i know you missed a lot, May you now rest in heaven and never be forgot, Dad you will remain forever in my heart and i will never forget you, Until one day we meet again and I will be there with you too.
